FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: All shipping costs are listed with the item during checkout and apply only to delivery in the lower 48 US states.  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order for orders shipped to the lower 48 states.  Orders outside of the lower 48 states will be contacted by phone or e-mail with the exact additional shipping cost to your location.

Q: What if I can't find the part I'm looking for?
A: Just give us a call or send us an e-mail with a part number or a description of what you're looking for.  We'll find the part and give you a price.

Q: I'm not sure the part I want will fit my bike.  Can I return it if it doesn't?
A: If you're not sure just give us a call or send us an e-mail.  Our tech department will let you know for sure.  If you do have to return an item, you may be subject to a restocking fee.  See our policies for details.

Q: Why do you charge additional shipping fees to ship outside of the lower 48 states?
A: Simply put, it costs us a lot more to ship outside of the lower 48 states.  But because of the volume of shipping we can still offer low shipping rates to customers outside the lower 48 states.
